I was cruising with my cousin yesterday in his suv down a busy street last night. There was this guy in a riced out civic that "made" his own rear lip kit. It was a steel sheet bent and attached to the bumper. You could see the crimples in it when the light reflected off. He saw me looking and I laughed my ass off. I think he was pissed. Tell me why would you do such a thing??????
