Turbo charged VTEC, integra. guys spent over 15K on motor and mods. (because he had to import alot of the stuff from the states)

i have 2 buddies with low 11 civic hbs (one is 10.9)... both with over 500whp... there are millions of civics and integras.. some rly fast.. some rly ugly.. there's a strong mitsubishi, mazda, subaru, toyota scene all over..
