Default i need some help ASAP!!

i already posted in the civic forum, but im hoping maybe someone in the basement can help me too...i didnt get much help from the civic guys..

my check engine light came on today and i took it to autozone to get the codes...they gave me 302 (cyl2 misfire) and 1399 (glow plug circuit high side, high input)!

1399 is dumb! i dont have that shit! so im trying to get the codes myself and i cant figure out how! does anyone know?

i went and bought new spark plugs, wires, rotor and cap...but before we do all that, we want to get the right codes...

its a 1997 civic EX... any help would be appreciated!!

Click the link above, it tells you what to do.

OBDI and later ECUs
Find the diagnostic connector, which is a two wire blue connector found near the passengers feet, or in the centre console.
Short out the diagnostic connector with a piece of wire. The check engine light on the dash will flash the problem codes.

Just find that connector. It should be near the passenger side kickpanel, possibly tucked up next to the dash.

yea, i dont believe them about the 1399 code which is for DIESAL!

seriously, dont be giving me smart ass comments right now. the only time something goes wrong w/ my car is when its something major. i dont have a job right now and i cant afford to be paying for something major to be fixed. if u dont have a REAL answer to my questions, dont post anything at all.

THANKS DUB! that helped!
