TLDR: man finds house that owner foreclosed, mortgage company closed and basically has no owner. Currently living in the house using some legal mumbo jumbo - the house is his if he lives there for a year or so. people say he is just squatting, he says its already his house.

Why didn't the mortgage company sell off it's assets like every other mortgage company?
It's looks to me like,a couple of neighbors were eying the place to buy it for themselves.

I don't think it's so much an issue of race.
it's more of an issue of somebody beat them to the punch.
