This question could just have as easily been posted in the Integra forum.
The reason a lot of "kids" run aftermarket wheels in the back and steelies in the front is due to the fact that cheap, large aftermarket wheels weigh a TON. Thus, they use relatively lightweight and smaller diameter steelies up front for the whole drag race thing. That way they can run the 1/4 in, say, 16 flat instead of taking 18 or 19 seconds to do so.
Note that all of the above information was taken from a fellow Integra forum member who copies that exact "setup" for the large amount of street racing his Integra sees.

ahhh but some of them cant afford to buy all 4 rims so they will put steelies of the front so too give them a grassroots racer look
pretty stupid, I'd just save up for some nice rims and leave them on there for the track
the time I get at the track should be the same as on the street, I dot think I would have time to change rims at a stoplight race
