Hey, for those who have switched to salary. Here's the deal. I work as a Sales Assistant right now for a decent sized company. I have been with this company for 16 months and am currently the number one assistant as far as producing and I am only part time, whereas everyone else is full time and on salary. I'm thinking of hitting up my bosses and seeing about getting on salary. I can guarantee them 30hrs per week year round. So if I can pull this off, I can make about $23k a year on salary. Plus my commission percentage goes up as well, but I will have more responsibility. Any advice?

2.5 % for anything up to $6k per month and 5% for anything over $6k.

No E46 for me.

 

with the prices of things are rite now..
imo...its worth the extra 1 or 2% in apr..

my friend got a 01 328 sedan..<full options> out the door included financing for roughly 23k 2 weeks ago
