Workout Squad, need some help
Recently I've started working out each muscle group three times a week, whereas before I was working out each muscle group two times a week. My question: I've read that you should only really work each muscle group twice a week, because you hit a bi-weekly peak where you are you're strongest. If you workout muscle groups three times a week, then you will not get as an efficent of workout. Any help would be appreciated
allowing time for muscle recovery is more important than working out itself. if i work on my arms for an hour today and do the same tomorrow, its not going to be effective as waiting a few days to do arms again
