tl;dr Recent Indiana high court decisions are a bit fucked up. Granted the second one is more serious then the first... seems like someone just took things a bit too literally in the first article. But still... :wtf:

So.... What happens if a cop busts open your door for no reason, finds you with a bottle of vodka, arrests you for public intox (as the door is now wide open)?
