computer question about tool bar

the taskbar? if you have xp, you have to make sure "lock the taskbar" isn't checked. then right click and go to view, then small icons.

same thing then (just that xp has the lock taskbar thing).... view...small icons....unless you're talking about some other kind of toolbar.

try taking your mouse to the top edge of the tool bar and when the cursor change from a pointer to a double arrow click and hold the left mouse button and then drag the cursor down.
