I was born with a heart defect. They fixed me up good, but I still have a big scar from the surgery and my left trapezius muscle isn't fully formed and has a funny shape to it.

- had my soft plates in my skull fully grow in a couple months when i was a new born so i had to have them removed.
- i have a huge scar on the back and the back of my head is uneven.
- cant sprint long without sharp pains in both my knees, damaged those when i tripped over a hurdle in track.
- inverted my right ankle in 07/08 and it swells up sometimes
- my right shoulder goes numb when it feels like it
- broke my nose 4+ times. i lost count tell you the truth.
- broke a door with my right fist (05/06). i think i broke my middle knuckle or something. the back of my hand swelled up real big for a month or so. have to watch my punching on my right hand cause its still tender.
- was having heart palpitations/irregular heart beat but doctor thinks its stress
- passed a couple kidney stones when i was 19/20. took a while to pass them because my tubes from kidney to bladder are malformed.
- had an ulcer already when i was 18.

NOPD

I have a deviated septum from a nasty elbow playing bball 8 years ago. I need to get it fix, I can't breathe too well when I sleep causing me to breathe through my mouth.

Herniated disc, crooked spine, kidney stones, hips are weak, knees are weak, feet get very sore when on them got over 2 hours (hope it isn't planter facietus), athletic asthma, turn labrum in both shoulders, deviated septum, always inflamed turbinates.
