Cavaliers are death...98CoupeV6 had his '99 Accord totalled by one and I've had TWO friends who has had them ram their car...neither totalled though.

for real... where the car was made has nothing to do with the driver... and um, most foreign cars are made in the US now anyway, aren't they?

Something similar happened to me as well. It was icy and this guy in a Festive (:chuckles
was thinking he was the drifting king. He came into my lane right in front of me and I swerved and spun out of control and jacked shit up while my car flew over a curb 
.
The person behind me also hit a curb and I looked back and the Festiva drilled the curb. I limped my car down the street and then the other kid came up and we called the cops. We only had a description then we got in a truck with the cops and went looking. The car was in a parking lot not 100 yards from the accident cause it was toasted.
He had to pay for it :chuckles:.

Sorry to hear man, but you should still put an ad in your paper looking for witnesses. I dunno about anybody else, but I would remember that guys info for you if I saw it happen.
Secondly, I used to be dedicated to J-bodies (Cavaliers) and they are probably safer than a Honda (because they're slower :chuckles: Seriously though, I will admit that the kind of car can sometimes attract a similar type of driver. Perhaps the entry-level Cav attracts dumb clerical-work types who never change their oil and drive with as much attention as brushing their teeth.
