Anyone have these? It's probably been 10+ years since I've spent almost $100 on shoes so I'm trying to decide if they're worth it. I'd likely go the custom route so I can pick the colors since I don't really like any of the color schemes they have.

These shoes don't hold up to heavier weights well. There's not enough sole for impact distribution.
You might want to look into the Nike Shox or Air Max lines.
The Reebok Zig tech lines do the same thing as the Nike Free and offer better impact distribution. I got a pair off of Amazon for $60 shipped and they're freaking sweet.

$64, Grey uppers, grey sole ... no oddball color combos. : )
Edit: make sure to select "Suede/Steel/Navy/Silver"

The Black/Red/Silver on those is more my style.
umm honestly it depends on how you run. i don't like running in frees, any of them, although i have some. i think the free run 2 is a great looking shoe and will probably get a pair or two more for casual wear. i run in zoom moires which they no longer make but i stocked up on a few pair. i absolutely hate shox and i hate zigs as well. the way they feel and the old technology in them are crap to me, but then that's me. i honestly say go into a store and try them out but it depends on what type of usage you want out of them and how you run.
