Default buying an expensive watch online?

do you guys know any respectable online retailers for nice watches? i'm interested in the tag 2000 quartz watch, and have seen it online for as low as ~$600, but do you trust buying something like this on the internet?

i dont see why not, as long as they're listed as an authorized dealer and can provide a serial # and all documentation.

(i have the exact same watch :chuckles: )

$10 + Timex = good

I had a Timex IronMan.... I didn't have to replace the batteries in that for like 4 years... that was a damn good watch... then I just stopped wearing a watch.

Personally, I'd be leary of a new TAG for $600.........but that is just me. If you want to save big money, just get a replica........haha for like $10 you can have a lookalike. But seriously, I don't know how much the TAG you are looking at retails for, but nearly all the TAGS I have looked at, are more than $1,000 (and are only able to be sold and serviced by a very limited group of stores/retailers). I guess what I am getting at is if you are in the market for an upscale watch, make sure you are getting the real thing........if it is within your means, a few bucks here and there should not make a difference. IMO
