how tall are you? shouldn't take much to get up to 190, thats a good weight.

 

6'1" and if 190 isnt what i want, then i'll keep going.. i was just told 190 is pretty good for 6'1" 6% body fat

 

whoa, 6% bf is crazy.. u look to be at least 12%? cant tell from the pic.. dang, losing bf and gaining weight is pretty tough..

im 5'11'' i finalkly got up to 175.. im tryin to get another 10 by the end of the year....
