basically for me its one girl, no booze, no drugs, including OTC, (over the counter, i.e. tylenol)
i havent had tylenol, alcohol, sinus meds, etc in 5+ years.
the idea is that these are basically distractions from the joys of life. (punk rawk music mostly.
