Morning all! More roofing today... at least it's not as hot out yet. Mornings until about 1 pm is about all I can take of the heat. And YES I am wearing a hat, thank you all for your reminders.

Yay Monday

Didn't get to hang out in the shop this weekend but got some other stuff done I needed to do, now back to talking to idiots with crappy networks...sigh.

 

Sleepy this morning, had to get up early to take the wife's grandfather to the train station as he's going to CA to visit some relatives.

And it's 85.2 degrees in my office right now and my fan isn't doing jack. You'd think that the building management would learn that you can't just turn the AC off all weekend when it hits 90 and expect it to cool down in 5 minutes when you turn it back on Monday morning.

 

I had to sleep in the basement last night because of the heat.

I had fun on saturday: went up wheeling and put a new dent in the land cruiser Worked on the house pretty much all day yesterday and my kitchen project now looks like it's expanding into a whole-house flooring project as well :hsd:

 

Lifted yesterday for the first time in over 6 months.

Good lord it felt swell. Going to go back in another hour, then work a couple hours tonight.

 

didn't want to wake up this morning, didn't do much yesterday except wash both cars and chilled all day. wifey was out of town so I didn't want to go anywhere by myself

 

Last week of program. I thought I would have it a bit easier this week. I came into the office and made my to-do list....FUUUUUUUUUUUU.

Had a pretty good weekend. I invited the staff to the house to grill and eat.

 

Putting some old motorcycle parts on Craigslist for the current motorcycle fund.

 

32mph sustained winds, FML.

I want to go back to bed.
