Just hanging out a bit before I have to start getting ready for work. Woke up a bit early because the CO2 alarm was spitting out the low battery notice.

 

didn't sleep till 3:30 last night. Went to eat some sushi and knocked down quite a few drinks for a friend's bday party. I was fairly drunk until one of my friend gave me a vicious nut shot. I proceed to stumble out the restaurant and threw up my whole dinner. Went to the strip club for bout an hr or so. Went home with a throbbing headache. But I woke up fine.

my knees are okay, i don't think it'll ever be 100%. Never went to the Dr. or got an MRI Once in awhile it aches. I haven't jog or ran ever since the injury and no vids of the throw up.

 

Last night was the first night in weeks that I wasnt doing something for work. I laid my ass on the couch and watched TV Now I am up working for a couple hours, then grabbing lunch with some people. Gonna hang out with my staff tomorrow, probably BBQ at my house since we have shit money for a real "end of the year" trip

 

That sucks man... knee issues blow.
