So I had my interview today and it went well. The last person to interview me was the CEO of the company. At the end he told me to contact the first person who interviewed me to work out the details.


now doesn't that sound like I was hired? or they will hire me as soon as the other stuff is taken care of? like salary and stuff...?

This is classic CEO behavior. They always tell you something that is just vague enough to let you think whatever you want to think. All it really means is to call the person you did your 1st interview with.

 

Just don't get your expectations too high up there without really knowing what's going on.

 

It sounds positive, but like booty said, its better to expect nothing than to be dissappointed.

In everycase I've heard that, Its meant time to negotiate salary and options
