Every foreign country I've been to, and every one I've heard about from friends, everyone there drives like a bat out of hell. But most of the mexicans in my neighborhood go 10 under everywhere, yield when they're supposed to merge, etc. Same for old asian ladies

 

in a lot of third world asian countries there are no traffic laws and rules. I don't know about Mexico.
