Good stuff.
I'm in the middle of this right now. I have 8,000 sq ft of dirt and not enough money or time to do it all.
I'm just going to pay someone way to much to do about 6,000 sq ft of it

You guys have seen my lawn before.. I JUST hired a landscaper to do the reg maintenance and major clean ups. I'm in the stages of designing the fire pit so we'll see if we can get that going sometime this summer.
