anyone could make a mistake like that. how do you know the circumstances behind it? maybe it wasn't on (yeah, it can be on or off), or maybe he wasn't told exactly how to start it up. do you know how to use one? i'm guessing you don't since most people don't own them. i'm sure if no one told you how to do it, you could probably figure it out, but its exactly that - you'd have to figure it out. not like its just instinct or anything

It is kinda funny, though. I mean, if you look at it from the perspective that it's "impossible" to fall over on it, then it's hillarious that the only person we've seen make one fall over is our president. But yeah... there's more to it than that. Gotta be an on/off switch, or some kind of balance issue. I bet almost any one of us would make that thing tumble if we had no idea how to use it.
