Default does wind effect your ability to tan in the sun?

like if its breezy out there, will that somewhat protect my skin from sunburn?

Coming from a white boy....this is pretty reliable. Wind DOES NOT protect you in any way from the sun.

and neither does the cloud. it's the UV rays that tan you not the visual spectrum

damn man...ESPECIALLY on a golf course. I got the hell burned out of me playing golf last summer. I looked like this for a week
