I use that saying during football season. I've been waking up at 5 all week to watch the french open. I called out today I just didn't feel like going to work so I'm making some pico and tacos and chilling all day.

 

Got the engine mounted, drained and a list of replacement parts begun. Looks in good shape, the oil that was left in it for the last 4yrs came out really clean. Pulled the drain pan and no metal or burning, pulled the heads and it all measured out and in good shape.

Pulled the transmission and xfer case then put it up for sale, hopefully it moves soon so I can get a few parts I need. Also pulled all the wiring from it and mocked up a vertical battery mount.

Pork is about to come off the smoker and after that it is bedtime..I am pooped.

 

I'm getting good and twisted tonight. Burrrrrrrrrrrrrr stick 'em.

every once in a while i get reminded of the nfl season and i get all hyped up. come to a bills game $70 for second row seats on the 20yd line... just sayin'...

and yeh, i've been up early at 6 and 7am to watch the open too

i've been playin' pong since 2pm. huge headache, some other people came over... still drinkin', about to pass out after the nascar race.

 

got the wood split, spent probably 5 hours on that.. fortunately they had a hydraulic splitter. thing was a beast!! got to ride some motorcycles today too

 

good friend / person i consider my brother got locked up last night.

criminal mischief in the third degree... his wife locked him out of the house and i guess he probably tried to break in (prolly drunk).

haven't really heard the story yet, but who knows. it pisses me off. i want to put that bitch in jail.
