i have about $2000 in APC products. they are ALWAYS bugging me

for like $75 you can gte this pretty damn nice Surge Protector wiht built in battery, it will keep your machine running for 5-9 mins. jus tperfect to float a brownout or lightning strike...and if extneded it can automatically safely close your system out.

you can see the black cord to mine just to the right of the monitor, i need to repair it though, someone jacked the GFI in our house and it blew a fuse great electricians.

 

if you have a sams club membership you can get that apc surge protector with battery in it for $49 :thumbup:

 

yeah mine is 2 years old, it was more expensive back then.
