do you guys know any thing about these my cousin is getting it for his womans car it's a ferio wannabe dunno excatly what year but i believe it's between a 98-00 ex any input would help

eh progressive springs are setup so they are soft at first and stiffer and stiffer as you push on them, the idea being theyre good for daily driving for comfort, but "sportier" for racing when you use them hard. linear are hard all the way through, far more predictable, but not as comfortable.
