Why not just go to some hoagie shop in the Italian area, then grab a cab and walk around Old Philly (near the Walt Witman Bridge) or Penn's Landing - nice areas, set the mood.

You can always walk around Penn's Landing again (where we went for New Years). South Street is fun, but without going to the bars it can get old and boring.

Okay I'm pretty sure I got it figured out.

She digs this chocolate cake from a place in DC so I can pick up some and bring it with me.

Show up at her house, stick the cake in the fridge.

("Optional") quickie before going out to dinner in the city plus maybe some walking around or whatever

Go back to her house

Eat cake

Anti-quickie

Should be a good evening.
