Got back from Moab yesterday. It was an exhausting trip, but definitely cool. Rode Porquepine Rim. It was my first time on a mountain bike in 2 years, and I nailed it until the brakes went out on my rig. Something like a 25 mile ride (pushed the bike the last couple miles). The cruiser made it there and back (and some wheeling while I was there) with no drama whatsoever. Awwwwww Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah
Work is gonna be nuts today and tomorrow, and then I'm leaving for Cozumel. Awwwwwwwwwwwwww Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaah

My principal is retiring. I am part of the selection committee. As a representative of the community, I go out and ask people what they want in a principal. I go back and form interview questions with the rest of the committee (faculty, parents, classified staff). Then we interview and select.

I have no teaching experience, no school administration experience...let alone the credentials for both. And I dunno about working for a school district. Too much stress /pressure / politics. And I dont think I have nearly the skills to And I dont think I would want to

Still trying to get over this mild upper respiratory infection AND seasonal allergies....needless to say, PT this morning sucked. It especially sucks when you and 8 others in your group are doing "Last Runner Up" for 2 miles.
I'm basically done building a new database to keep track of our systems' spare parts inventory. I just have to code and tweak some odds and ends. Took about a week and a half. When I finished the questionable code I wrote to create an array and report all the locations for a single part number and a report printed out, I was very relieved.
Before the sun goes down I think I'll wash all this pollen off my car and clean out the interior.
