All I heard from those almost 8 minutes is that the signature was redone but nothing about place of birth... So the question still remains...

On side note, they could have redone signature etc because it was ineligible and they didn't want conspiracy theorists to go out and say the certificate is fake cause they can't read anything. Regardless, seems that it backfired on them.

I watched 3 sequential videos from the op.

I have no knowledge of the software, but it seems really strange to me. I really would like someone with expert knowledge on the software to rebuttal him. Some of the stuff needs some pretty particular explanation.

if you download the pdf from the white house site, and zoom in, you can see the difference in colors. anyone who has ever added text to a jpeg knows that the added stuff doesn't have the same pixelation as something that's scanned. i've done it multiple times. it's possible it wasn't legible so they fixed it. but if that's the case, they left original letters in pretty random places.
