BMW will manufacture the said car, but you can't buy one in the US because BMW USA decided they wont sell any wagon in the USA.

Dear European car manufacturers,
You should start selling more wagons in the USA, there is a market for it, but you guys fail to realize it. I wanted a C63 wagon, but had to settle for a C63 sedan. Although I'm satisfied with my purchase, I would have been ecstatic if I own a wagon version instead.
