How many bowel movements do you have per day?
I usually average about 2. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon or after dinner. Feels good man. I know I won't get any type of colon or intestinal cancer.

I am usually on a 24 hour cycle if I am eating normally I am pretty good at either pooping in the mornings, at noon or at night. So I am always near a non-public bathroom. I sometimes go to my moms when I have a nooner

2-3 usually by noon-1pm.

If I completely evacuate in teh morning, then it's once a day, but it normally doesn't happen.

and if I know I'm bout to go eat out for dinner then I try to force poop it all out or else I get the bubblies after I finish dinner
