Tried WD-40 or PB? I'm assuming that you are removing your exhaust Andrew?

you can soak it with penetrating fluid and let it sit for a few hours or you can grab a torch, heat the shit out of it, and crank it off.

use penetrating fluid and an impact. i switch on and off...spray, impact, spray.

if that doesnt work i use a torch. torch the bolt, impact, torch, impact, spray, impact, spray, impact, torch...etc

eventually it will come loose.

last resort i pop the old cutting wheel on my Air Comp and chew it off.

Use PB, impact, spray more PB, leave for an hour, come back, spray more, then impact and Viola .

Hahaha...my friends told me that when I buy my exhaust, spray the bolts everyday for a week. :eh:
