soda, pop, soft drink, etc.
all this talk of how the aforementioned drink is bad for you, what about the Raspberry ice tea? same thing? i usually drink that over soda, but i started to wonder if its any healthier than soda...
well is it??????
well is it??????
Iced tea has caffeine in it which is a diuretic, it makes you dehydrated.
The reason carbonated drinks are worse for you is that the CO2 interacts with the water and forms carbonic acid, which can eat away at the enamel of your teeth.

I think that the SOBE drinks and stuff like that are pointless for things other then tasting good. Sure they have good stuff in it, but not nearly enough to make a difference.
So I guess the best drinks would be juices and water, milk too. But damn... even most of the juices out there aren't the best for you

the best juice to drink is nantucket nectars. instead of high fructose corn syrup (which is the type of sugar used in snapple and soda, also the worst sugar for your body), it uses cane sugar. its almost completely all juice, with all the vitamins and minerals, etc.
not to mention its tasty
i'd pick an NN orange mango over snapple anyday
