I recently got some fenders off of ebay (ya i know) from a company called excessive performance. They had a flawless feedback rating so i thought i would be safe. so i won the auction and payed for it. a day later their ebay account was suspended. I called the place and they said everything was ok and i would get my fenders. It's been 3 weeks and no fenders. Every time I call now I just get the answering machine.

Where is area code 208 located so I can call the po po?

Looks like it's just someone's house address? You can try contacting their local police or something? Seeya.

 

damn it definately looks like something is fishy here. a business with a house address. not good.

 

file with square trade... how did you pay?? if visa.. have it refunded, if paypal, get them involved.. also call the police..

 

the shitty thing with paypal is that ... if the account doesn't have money in it, they won't refund the money from their checking account.

 

i had already filed a complaint via paypal, and then the company told me everything was gonna be ok so i canceled the complaint.

I did just talk to the people on the phone and they said that it takes them anywhere from 3-5 weeks before they get the product ready to ship. They told me to wait another 3 weeks for the fenders.

6 weeks for some damn z3's. not worth it.

 

basically ebay is teh sux0r because i ordered a r-33 skyline kit from another guy and it is gonna take a month to get here.
