You should go stand in front of a mirror. Look at yourself... make a face. Laugh. Go turn off the internet and/or computer (unless needed for what you SHOULD be doing) then go back to the mirror and dump a glass of water on your head.

No matter where you are standing, just dump it. It's just water, you can clean it up later.
