It's the P4P800 Deluxe by Asus.

I had an MSI 865 and returned it because it wouldn't start up (something about NDIS.vdx and windows security issues) and this is what I'm gonna replace it with.

I'm mating it with a P4 2.4GHz with a WD 80GB HD, 512DDR memory, ATi 9500 128MB videocard in a Turbo Dreamer case w/ 350W Power supply with clear acrylic window.

Just to let you know, I'm not totally into computers, my friend helped me out on what to get and I just found these parts at good deals and trying to piece together a PC. I'd like to know if this mobo would be compatible with all the other parts that I have now (basically I'm just missing the mobo). Any help would be appreciated as I would like to get this new PC up and running.
