it is gold leaf...its basically micro thin sheets of gold that you apply a glue first, than the gold sheets. very expensive, very delicate, and a pain in the ass to apply...ill bet it was even worse to put on skin, and 10-1 the guy who did it was gay and got absolutely no enjoyment out of it.

It's gold leaf, not leaves. Grammatically it's the same as saying gold fabric. If she has more than one bit of gold fabric on her, it's not gold fabrics.
