I'm pretty sure you're never going to get a good 30 fps frame rate out of a webcam, unless both computers are at least on a T1 line. Or obviously if they're on the same network.

btw.. do all webcams stutter when you watch them? like people look like they move in a strobe light or look like theyre popping..

its the camera's frames per second. and the bandwidth issure like booty said.

thats only camarades or certain streamers
the frame will jump backwards and it will look really wierd

netmeeting, yahoo is the new wave i think,
teen gals + webcam = the win
