Naw, it's not really something that quick. I had spent the past two weeks finding the Jetta I wanted, exactly what I wanted. I didn't settle at all.
I owned a Jetta previously and loved the thing and kind of always wanted another one. My friends girlfriend has one (just a base model) and everytime I drive it, I wish I had one. So I decided I'd go on the search for one and if I found one I loved, I'd get it, if not, I'd keep the teg.
Two weeks later (or so) I ran into this Jetta. It was not a straight trade, obviously.. I do however pay less per month for this Jetta (mainly due to insurance savings) than the Integra.
Had I only had one year left onthe Integra's loan, I would have kept it as well. But I had three left. The car had 93000 miles and just wasnt in the shape it used to be. IT was getting old.
SO that's the story. Now you all shall see my VeeDub progress. =]
Looks like you won't be needing my 99' stock GSR blades.
Good luck with the new car...I know exactly what you mean when you say "sick of the crowd you attract with the Integra".
I'm assuming no $5K paintjob for the Jetta?
