A 944 turbo is a cool car, but the level of investment is much higher than an FC. Cheaper than an owning and maintaining an FD though.

Oh and it turns out that the dealer this black FC is at, is like a 5 minute drive to Peter Farrell Supercars so I can have it taken there for a pre-purchase inspection if I decide to go for it.

but as an unbiased auto enthusiast, uh, the turboII fc < sr s13h: advantages: 50/50 weight distribution, a lower center of gravity, a more rigid chassis, etc etc bone stock on a turboII. and yes, the rotary can be built to handle more power than the sr can.

but other than that, the s13 is more reliable and IMO is a better daily driver.

I've heard that the reliability ratings on the FCs were actually worse than the FDs...not sure if it's a fair comparison since FC's are simply an older car.

Assuming the FC is in good condition it will have less of an inclination to blow up than an FD because the FC runs a lot less boost, and it has a MAF sensor instead of the FD's MAP sensor.

and what about every other S13 in the world outside the US that came stock with an SR. SR's have just as much potential as a FC
