report it to paypal. You can call them, or e-mail them... I know there is a way to do a charge back on paypal, it has happened to me, read through their site to find out.

I've never done it, so i can't help you, BUT some one wasn't satisified with their ebay auction stuff they bought from me and they did a charge back (took maybe a day) and the money came right out of my paypal and back to theirs. Thats your first start if you want your money back.
