Most of the companies I'm working with are using them internally and have ramped up efforts to make their online presences look good on mobile devices. 1 & 2 on the priority list is the iPhone4 and iPad

we've tested ipad, galaxy tab, and hopefully xoom. sadly ipad for what we want, is the best so far. galaxy tab is just too small
