Default WRX STI hitting the streets yet?!

My friend ordered one months ago, and just received it yesterday. I got to see it today. Blue with gold wheels. I didn't get too see all of the options he had, he was in a hurry (slippery devil). No pics, sorry If I can track him down that will change. As soon as I saw it/him I could've sworn the STI wasn't available until late summer. BTW $38,000 out the door. A drop in the bucket when you sell the yea, he paid it with a cashiers check.

I like 'em, but wouldn't buy one. My friends '99 Cobra still owned it. Mostly cause he kept bogging the launches.

I've seen a few on the streets. First ones were media driven ones that those were spotted weeks ago. Then a week after those sightings, I saw a lot of guys who owned them too.

I have a 03' white STi order for late june/july and the spot is still for sale. PM me if interested. Canadian spect w/HID and heated seats.

car and driver rated the Evo higher than the STi, but i'd rather be in the STi due to the reputation of Mitsu cars.
