Definitely leave the OEM hinges as they are.
If possible, get another set of hands to help lift and align the door as you start threading the bolts.
Belt-and-suspenders method: mark the outline and centerlines of the hinges so in case they get bumped, you can re-align them precisely.

Thanks Dave. Another set of hands plus a jack with a piece of wood going across the bottom to help balance. I'll mark where the old hinges are for sure. I'm ripping the guts out of the old doors today.

For as long as I can remember, I will update you every few minutes with my thoughts and with what I see at the moment.
I have been at Starbucks for 2 hours. People here come in waves. When there are people here, there is usually a line of 6-8. When that line disappears, no one is in line at all. The workers go out and clean the windows and tables.

The type of people that visit this Starbucks, 12:46 pm
-families who are on their way to the mall with the kids who need a quick bite or small lunch but want coffee
-people who use Starbucks as a place to meet with friends to just talk and catch up
-individuals who need a place to do work outside their home
-families who just came from soccer, volleyball games for their kids

Oh ya? Next to me is a guy in his mid 40s. He isnt doing as well as he wanted financially, so he decided to do some side work for some extra bucks. He discovered his "talent" of graphic designing. He buys a mac and photoshop. He is currently making brochures and invitations for close families and friends that want to be supportive of his new endeavor. However his artistic talent has been put in check because he is on google images looking for ideas on how to layout a project for his sister in-laws mother.
I just got that from his tall white chocolate mocha, looking at his clothes, looking at the disorganization of his desktop and glancing at his screen a couple times.
