It was impounded on a friday night, I couldn't pick it up until monday because staurday the portion of the police dept that I needed to go to to pay and get the paperwork saying I could pick up my car was closed, and then sunday the police dept was open but the impound yard was closed..they charged me friday, sat & sun storage & towing fees.

my dad stole his sisters car when he was your age. ironically he matched the description of a guy who had just robbed a kwikemart at gunpoint. he drove it into a ditch when 6 cops through their sirens on and chased him, than they came to the window with shotguns drawn to his face. unpleasant :-x
