Default Help me choose a used car!

I am in necessity of a second car to drive locally and I like to spend $5k down.

What do you think of this car?

or this one
http://edmunds.autotrader.com/fyc/vd...standard=false

Thanks.

Dealer car has considerably less mileage and you can test it before committing to buy.

Edit: It was cooler before I realized it was green and not black.

The green 99 is going to need a timing belt, water pump and tensioner quite soon.
Assuming you don't mind the color, I'd use that repair as leverage to haggle.
Offer $5,250 to start, see what they do.

I wouldn't buy a car off e-bay, unless it is local to you and you can test drive it before you bid. Too much potential for hassle.
