California People... What's was your electric bill
like for last month. My neighbor with solar panels installed bill came and it was only $17.11. Mine was in the 80's

What kinda maintance needs to be done to them? Do you have to windex them once a week or anything?

I remember my neighbor telling about putting in solar panels. He said that he was gonna make a wooden box with super bright lights on the inside, and put it over the solar panels at night so that they'll still work when the sun's gone. He hasn't even bought the panels yet. Besides, they're useless in MD; trees will block all sunlight.
