What ATF shoud I use?

I can't speak from direct experience, but I can't imagine you'll go too far wrong with a generic mfg. Check against the manual though, I believe there are specifc grades of fluid, similar to motor oils. If it meets the specs stipulated by your owner's manual, you should be fine IMO.
A manual would be better though.

Use OEM Honda Fluid. Things like Redline will wear your tranny faster and send it to an early grave. Thats fine if your have a race car cuz thats expected, but for a daily driver use OEM.
