Well.. i am a casual smoker... 3 times a month max. I took the test 7 days after I smoked last, so I might have been clean anyways.

I drank lots of water and my piss was totally clear for like 4 days. Then I followed the directions on the bottle and voila! I was worried cause the urine in the cup was neon green still...
