makes sense. especially if he's usually a lonely driver. dunno if that's the case... but I doubt a passenger would really appreciate the comfort level of a recaro. I was looking at another civic before I bought mine that had a Corbeau driver's seat,a nd a stock passenger seat. Hell, drag cars that used to be normal civics only have one seat. only need one seat for one racer, after all.

 

Nightshade: Yes I will be autoxing the new car once I do something to the stock suspension. That and I find the Sparco I'm buying more comfortable then my cars stock seat. A bucket not recleining but fixed.

blacklingerie: When I autox I normally yank all the other seats and as I stated I don't car about the passenger only myself. Besides most people don't like Racing buckets (fixed) and I personally wouldn't spend the money on 2, I think 1 looks fine.

 

I normally have someone with me unless I'm autoxing (all seats are out) or on my way to and from work.

 

I got a pair of black non reclining Sparcos never installed....doubt I ever will might be interested in parting with them for the righ price

Jeebus, lemme get something cleared up. Are you planning on replacing just the driver's seat, but re-doing the upholstery on all?

blacklingerie: I'm planning on replacing the Driver's seat with one of these Sparco Evo seats and a 5 pt harness. Not touching anything else
