Plus one on people eating well done meat. No flavor and tough as shit. Its only ground beef you need to worry about. Unless you grind it yourself, then less likely of a chance of it being bad.
Steak just needs to be seared. You people that eat it anything above medium rare don't know what you're missing. Even medium rare you are missing a lot.

you can easily keep full flavor even when cooking it medium

saying it has to be rare to fully taste a steak just means you can't cook o:

Or I like the natural flavor in a steak instead of smothering it in A1 sauce. A good steak just needs a little salt and a little pepper. Nothing else.

and a GOOD steak doesn't need salt and pepper either.

Medium rare or rare depending on my mood.

Sushi cooked . Closest ive some to raw is seared tuna rolls.

not less than medium-rare. I don't like the texture. and just don't enjoy it not being at least warm.
